Carmenere


S ingle Vineyard Carmenere has an intense red purple color. With a complex bouquet that combines fresh black fruits and spicy notes. Black pepper and graphite nuances are complemented by delicate notes of oak . On the palate it presents cedar, black tea and leather flavors, mingled to perfection with toasted wood, vanilla and dark chocolate. Medium body and a long and balanced ending.

100% of the wine is storaged in French Oak Barrels ( 50% first use, 25% second use , 25% third use). Time of storage is usually 12 months. Temperature of storage is in the range of 15 to 18°C.


Grand Reserve Single Vinyard:



Chardonnay


I ntensely fruity, with greats notes of oak. Delicious vanilla and “caramel” pineapple. The palate blends the natural freshness of the fruit from the wine fermented in stainless tanks with the weight and creamy of the barrel fermented wine.

Food pairing:


Oak Maduration: Time of storage of wine in oak is usually 10 months. Temperature of storage is in the range of 12 to 18°C. The wine is keeping above their lees with periodic batonnage .


Grand Reserve Single Vinyard:



Cabernet
Sauvignon


O ur Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep ruby red color. With a bouquet of black fruits such as blackcurrants and blueberries with dried plums and spice notes. On the palate the wine shows intense flavors of blackberry, prunes and nuts complemented with touches of toasted oak, ending up in nuances of coffee essences, vanilla and bitter chocolate. The elegant palate offers well-rounded tannings that create soft wine with a rich structure, velvety tannins that leads the wine on to a long and lingering finish.

Merlot


R uby red color with violet tonalities. Aromas of red fruits, plums and delicate smoky notes. The taste is fruty flavors, vanilla and toasted oak. Strong flavor, full body. With firm but soft tannings that makes elegant end.

Pinot
Noir


T his Pinot Noir has a bright ruby red colour. In the nose have plums, black cherries and earthy notes. Fresh and balanced, has a rich mouth with hints of vanilla, oak and cherries flavours. The wine has an elegant medium body and a pleasent persistence.

Grand Reserve Single Vinyard:



Syrah


R uby red color. This wine is fresh and complex with spices and floral nuances. Aromas of ripe red fruits and subtle floral notes recalling violets with a light touch of confiture fruits complemented by herbal notes. Riper tannins, good persistence, and notes of fresh, ripe fruits stand out on the long finish.
